Law firm specializing in domestic relations litigation, with offices in Woburn, MA and Nashua, NH, seeks Of Counsel attorney with some level of portable practice in a compatible practice area to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to maintain and continue to build your own practice with support from an established firm. Compensation is based on a percentage of fees billed and collected for work done on firm cases, in addition to retention of all fees billed and collected on cases you originate. Of counsel attorneys contribute moderately to common expenses (i.e. rent, utilities, etc.). Of Counsel package includes access to conference rooms or an office in our Woburn and Nashua location if needed, reception and support staff services and all bookkeeping and day to day management of the firm. Responsibilities on firm cases include potential client consults, drafting of court pleadings, depositions, court appearances, trials and all other aspects of domestic relations litigation. MA bar admission required. Dual barred in NH a plus. Of Counsel attorneys are eligible for participation in firm’s retirement and health insurance plans.
